Beatnik Blowout, Ventura Ornaments

 So this tail light is on a Rat Rod and the owner tells me that on his way here, he pulled up to a light in the wee hours of morning and a cop was behind him (staying well back).  So he tapped his brake several times to "mess" with the officer (the top half is brake and bottom lights.  After a few moments the officer pulled up next to him, grinned and went on his way.
