Santa Ana PD in Julian

My dear friend Ted Snoddy lives in Julian and has a gallery (you should visit) took these photos shortly after the last big storm left huge amounts of snow in the mountain community.
He told me that the week before, he had happened upon this group on a training mission.
Well, if you have to train, you may as well have apple pie and coffee in Julian.
Life's rough......

Snow Plow, Diesel Train Style

Railroad Crossing in North Dakota

You can see the train, but you can't see the track!
This was taken at a crossing near Donnybrook, North Dakota, about 40 miles northwest of Minoton US 52.
Almost makes you want to see it in real life..
