Disco Ball Smart Car
You get the idea. It's the "disco-ball" Smart, created in Berlin by an artist group called Apparatjik for a film called Pixel City. The car is entirely covered in little mirrors, even the wheels.
A very creative group with some pretty cool music, check it out on You Tube
